What is Kickback AVL?

Kickback AVL is a local delivery service. We were founded in Asheville in 2018. We partner with locally owned restaurants and retail shops to deliver food, tobacco, and CBD straight to your door.

There are a lot of options for delivery, but there are a few things that set us apart. Being local means that we are available to our customers and partners. The Asheville Community is important to us, so we work hard to be able to help support local nonprofits a portion of the delivery fee is donated to our chosen nonprofit. For the year of 2019- Asheville Cat Weirdos Emergency Fund. Jan 1st, 2020 Beloved will become our benefiting non-profit. We love to help and support where we can, so you can often find our gift certificates in auctions for nonprofits around town.

Am I supposed to tip my driver? Does the driver see my tip?

Yes! Yes!

How much is your delivery fee?

The base delivery fee is $4.99 for up to 5 miles. The delivery fee is based on miles from the pickup to the drop off, and increases .70 a mile after the first 5 miles. The driver receives 70% of the delivery fee and a local non profit receives 30%.

Is there a minimum to order?

Yes, there is a $10 minimum. 

Where do you deliver?

Downtown, West, East, North, Candler, Weaverville, Fairview, Oakley, Leceister, etc. If you put your zip code and it says we do not deliver to you, please give us a call. If we have a driver willing and able to travel longer distances we will do it! 

Can I track my order?

Yes! Log into your account and you should be able to see an estimated real time, and if your driver is on the way to the restaurant or on their way to you! Sometimes it is easy to forget the hit the buttons on the app when the driver is focused on getting your food to you, so if you dont see your driver move for a while this could be the case. Just give us a call and we can let you know. 

Can I place a large group order online?

Yes, we love feeding the whole group! For orders over 20 people: If you are ordering from the regular menus offered through our website, please place your order online with 24 hrs notice. If you need a catering set up with one of our partners we can help you do that too, please call or email for details. 

Can I place an order to be delivered at a later date and time?

Yes, on your screen click ASAP and choose your advance date/time you wish to receive your delivery. 

Do you take cash?

No, we do not take cash on delivery.

Can I split the payment with someone else?

Yes! Payment can be split up to 3 different people. 

How do I become a driver?

It is pretty easy! Sign up on our website, and we will shoot you over an email with some details and questions.
